Each easy to see yellow and black bumper sticker contains a personalized number along with an 866 number following it (1866-4-R-TEENS or 1-866-478-3367) so that drivers can immediately call toll-free to report that they see exhibited from a teen at the wheel. The signs have the added benefit of alerting other drivers (including law enforcement officials) that the car is being driven by an inexperienced driver.
